Here are a set of poems by yours truly, I hope you like them.....
These words are meaningless.
There are no inflections in them ,
so the tone is lost.
My words ,which are symbolical ,
represent themselves differently to each
person.
I say the word " Horse " and you naturally think
of a horse ,
which may have a different color then mine.
We pretend to understand
because we think that it saves us time.
Rarely do two ideas meet.
Common goals are never really that common.
Thoughts are conceptual.
Conception is the preamble to birth.
Birth is the manifestation of desire.
Desire is thought.
Life is illusion.
Teaming and swirling the atoms fly.
Once here ,then gone.
This thing is solid
This air is not.
Even though esentialy they consist of the same
building blocks.
Energy pulsates to create life.
Its rythem changes according to its dance.
Its dance changes according to its rythem.
Once gone, then here.
I cannot say where or when it began.
The words would not suffice.
The symbols are my own.
Desire bore fruit ,that is all that I can say
for sure.
Even this is meaningless though.
You have not walked in my foot steps.
You have not seen through my eyes.
You have not touched with my hands.
Our experience is different.
Yet they are the same.
We just agree not to notice.
You and I are the same.
We share the genetic dreams of millions.
Envy ,jealousy , these come from
separation.
" I want what you have !"
Anger ,hatred ,these also come from
separation.
" You are different !"
Depression ,self-abuse ,come from the same.
" I am alone. "
We have but one body each.
Yet in this body are billions of cells.
Each with its own intelligence.
Working towards a common goal.
We are the
same.
If my dreams
go unfullfilled
if life and God
have different plans
If I ask more
then I can give
if I am to find
strength
if Dharma
is to play its part
If my wife
is to feel my love
if my children
are to learn
if my fammily
is to grow
I must learn to
let go.
