It has come to our attention that there are several so-called MartyCams available on the World Wide Web. After consultation with our lawyers we will make the following statement.

The Brotherhood of Marty™, heretofore known as the "owner", is the legal owner of the following registered trademarks (Appendix I). Unauthorised use by any other scumbags will cause us to get snotty and institute legal proceedings. Be warned that we are supported by a well known English Socialist Millionaire Owen Oyston, currently in HMP Garstang, and will instruct some of the finest briefs in the land to defend our good name. You are likely to incur a massive legal bill and lengthy courtroom sessions. Do not expect to get off with a light caning and stiff talking too.
