Consenting Time Lords Part One "It's cold in space," thought the Doctor to himself. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath as he turned off the monitor. Simple times were long gone for this particular Doctor. No longer a simple traveler or adventurer, he found himself trapped in the exo-space time continuum, or so it appeared. The mere thought of it made him huffy. "Requesting instructions, master" came a high-pitched cartoon-ish voice from somewhere near the moping Doctor's shin. He managed a smile as he asked, "K-9,despite our current problem, something is bothering me to the point of utter distraction. What's missing from my life, hmmm? Sure, I save the universe at least once a fortnight... I have a spacious and wonderful home that allows me to travel comfortably...I'm the scourge of villainy throughout all time and space..." Immediately K-9 linked up with the TARDIS computer and the satellite ears on the robot dog's head began oscillating quickly and the Doctor seemed almost astonished at any reaction at all. He held his breath and waited for the prognosis. "Calculating available data." quipped the dog. The Doctor slowly approached the computer dog and knelt beside him. "K-9?..." The dog raised his head and a brief electrical noise was heard as a small printout appeared from the dog's mouth. The Doctor quickly ripped out the paper and stood, holding it up at an angle to read: Coitus - Copulation - Physical Intimacy and Gratification (with another being) additional: Intoxication The Doctor's eyes widened and he shook his head and read the printout again. "K-9, I... Well, it's hardly a practical suggestion," he announced casually with a smile, "There don't appear to be too many options for that sort of thing at the moment -you know, being trapped in an unfamiliar universe..." K-9 interrupted: "Negative. Materialization unnecessary to complete task." The Doctor opened his mouth as if about to speak, then frowned and turned away. "I suppose you mean the Mistress", he said quietly over his shoulder. The person they were referring to was currently off in the TARDIS's maze of halls doing Rassilon knows what, perhaps for a rest after her strange metamorphosis on the planet Alzarius. He'd seen hide nor hair of her since they'd departed. He had been so enjoying her company since her regeneration and enjoying a companion's company was a one chance in ten occurrence. K-9 approached the Doctor slowly. "I can locate the Mistress for you, Master." The Doctor was still facing away from K-9, but after the silence of a few moments he quickly spun around and began fiddling with the TARDIS console. "Perhaps you are right, K-9. It's worth a try." K-9 began speeding towards the door leading into the rest of the TARDIS, "I will requisition the Mist-" The Doctor loudly interrupted, "No, K-9, Heel!" He cleared his throat and wiped his hair out of his eyes before responding at an apologetic volume, "Take it easy, old boy. I'll just re-configure the scanner to interior mode and see what she's up to- I mean where she is." "Affirmative, Master," said K-9, as the Doctor tweaked knobs and threw switches, causing a brief cacophony of beeps and tinkly noises. The screen opened up and the Doctor began looking for Romana. Romanadvoratrelundar rubbed her sore back as she wheeled the final cart of books into her room from the TARDIS library. She noticed a full cup of tea that was now frigid from what seemed to be days that it sat in her absence, while she had been doing research on Earth philosophy. Perhaps if she was more well-versed in how humans thought, she'd be better able to connect with the Doctor. His exile to Earth was well-known and it was rumoured in certain Gallifreyan circles the Doctor himself was part-human. "Why does he always seem to be holding something back?" she wondered to herself as she fell back into bed. She took a few deep breaths and began to see flashes from many of the books she had spent the last few days scrutinizing. The flood of images went on for some time and she was almost asleep, when suddenly her mind got stuck on a rather curious book she hadn't been able to fully understand: The Kama Sutra. A look of discomfort shot across her face as she rolled over onto her stomach. She opened her eyes and stared at the wall in deep thought. "Oh well," she said aloud. "Best to get cleaned up and have another go!" She stood at the foot of her bed and began to remove her dress slowly. As it fell to the floor, she walked over to the large pile of books accumulated on her desk. Her pert breasts were glistening with sweat, and the cool air of the TARDIS made her nipples stand erect. While shuffling through the pile, she suddenly realized that she was wearing only panties and knee-high socks. Laughing to and at herself she quickly grabbed a towel and headed off for the shower. The TARDIS scanner was slowly panning through the TARDIS library. "Just a minute!,"yelped the Doctor as he rushed the scanner. "I thought I saw someone move, K-9, did you see someone move??!" K-9 interjected, "Master, my sensors indicate the Mistress is in her room." The Doctor bit his lip then switched off the scanner and approached the hat-stand, where he raveled his scarf over his fluffy head and popped on his hat. "You're in charge, K-9.." The Doctor exited the console room, but K-9 heard him say "Ring the cloister bell if you need us."The Doctor strode along the TARDIS corridors like a man who knew where the hell he was going. And, to be truthful, he had some idea. Mulling the whole idea over in his head was beginning to distract him greatly. He stopped walking and turned back to the way from which he came. "This is all a bit absurd, eh, Doctor?", he chastised himself as he stood motionless in the corridor. After almost a full minute's pause, he turned around and headed off for the Mistress's room. Inside the TARDIS library, a figure lurked in the shadows. Romana couldn't remember the last time she'd enjoyed a shower so much. As she leaned with her back to the nozzle, it covered her neck with a soothing heat, and her mind began to wander again. She thought of her days as a Time-Teen on Gallifrey; respected by all of her instructors and peers...until they all found out about her frequent trips to Lowtown, the Gallifreyan ghetto where all Gallifreyans who weren't Time Lords lived out their life cycles in poverty and often depravity. She had known they would all disapprove, and that was part of her motivation. All of her free-time was spent in a dark and smoky bunker, sharing forbidden substances and repressed physical urges with man and woman alike. She shortly noticed she was fondling her nipples, but she saw no reason to stop. Her life felt too good to be true. She experienced freedom like never before living aboard the TARDIS, but for some reason she couldn't fathom, she was suddenly homesick for that secret place in Lowtown. The Doctor arrived in Romana's room a few moments later, to find her absent. He sighed to himself and sat down on her bed. He had never consciously noticed Romana's smell before. He closed his eyes and tried to categorize the components of the scent. Definitely a hint of Erosbloom, a rare and wonderful example of Gallifrey's botanical splendor. The Doctor laid back on the bed and inhaled deeply, not opening his eyes. ‘Perhaps a hint of cinnamon', he thought as he began to drift away into slumber. The mysterious intruder drifted through the corridors of the TARDIS with no fear of discovery. The place was simply too big for anyone to chance upon him. Suddenly, he heard a noise from one of the nearby rooms. He spread himself, back to the wall, and began to edge closer to the disturbance. Romana stepped from the shower slowly and gazed at herself in the mirror. The Princess Astra was a lucky woman, she decided, and more so was her lover, Merrac. She rubbed her hand across her slippery chest and stopped at her stomach. She followed the trail of pubic hair beneath her stomach down to the glistening, well-kept hair of her crotch. Within moments, her fingers were busily buried there as she leaned against the wall, beginning to moan softly. The Doctor was back on Gallifrey, in the outskirts of the wilderness overlooked by the Panopticon. He was accompanied by a strangely familiar, yet dark fellow and two others, whom he couldn't quite discern. They reached a clearing and the dark gentleman turned to him and asked, "Which one do you want first? I prefer the boy." The Doctor turned to see they were accompanied by a Cardinal guard he knew from long ago and a young female with the look and demeanor of a politician in training. He studied her expression and found only professionalism there. He looked back to respond to the man's query to find him looking quite like a barbecued skeleton in a black cloak, shoving a black, hand-held device repeatedly into the anus of the guard. Then the man turned into a being indigenous to Alpha-Centauri and began screaming incoherently in a high-pitched voice. The Doctor stepped back and looked at the girl, and she smiled wickedly and said, "Don't tell me you never made that connection" and laughed at the Doctor. A moment later, a flood of yellow discharge shot from Alpha-Centauri's singular eye as the guard turned to the Doctor and said, "That one was my favorite!" The Doctor jumped up, only to find himself alone in Romana's room, sweating, with a throbbing erection.
