OK, here goes-

In no particular order...

Romana 2 in LEISURE HIVE- super-sexy striped leggings which have left me 
permanently fixated by such garments (and stripes in general...)

Victoria in a still from FURY FROM DEEP walking along the beach and just 
about revealing her knees.  In later yrs I love the moment in TOMB OF THE CM 
where she's lying on her side and showing them off magnificently.

Leela in a still where her leather outfit seems to have slipped away a bit 
from her right boob- I think it was taken during SUNMAKERS.

Three of the girls once on Pebble Mill being interviewed circa 83- 
definitely Mary Tamm and Janet Fielding.  Possibly also Louise Jameson?  
Nice leg shots esp MT in short skirt.  Yum Yum!

Jill Curzon in the 2nd Dalek film- green tights- I like crazy colours!

Lady Adrasta in CREATURE FROM PIT- beautiful legs in black opaque tights, 
and in one wank-tastic shot they are turned green by the lighting (see 
above).

The female Naval officer (or whatever) in SEA DEVILS.  One nice shot of her 
knees.  Uniforms!!

Sarah-Jane kneeling next to K9 in a still from 5 DRS.  I can't say she was 
ever one of my favourites re: wanking, but this individual pic was a bit of 
a turn-on, showing a bit of leg.

A still of Liz in a short-skirt sitting (I think) in/on Bessie.


There are probably others I'll remember again, but that's something to go on 
at least.  Does anyone else have any to add from their own experiences?
