AUTUMN IN THE NORTH WOODS WITH SOOZI Freedom, Autumn leaves in splendid color, wolves in the wild, iron mines, making friends, loving Soozi, what could be better than this?

Soozi's first visit to the Minnesota North Woods and her first time in Canada. The red leaves in the photo are sumac and were abundant and only outclassed by the very lovely Soozi.

On the way to Minnesota, Soozi asked "Why would anyone want to live there? How can they stand the winters? And why would they? After seeing the beauty of the area, she understood completely.

Soozi found the maple leaves fun to play in and the leaves could not keep my attention with her nearby. What a lovely lady! No one compares.

This was a great photo day and there were many more as we watched the leaves change. These photos make me wish she were twins!

Soozi's incomparable beauty in the beauty of the autumn colors. Much later, Soozi found the beauty of white was not what she wanted.

In Minnesota, red leaves soon bring white flakes. No matter how much we loved autumn, when winter came, we went to florida.
